A&A Prime Solutions Pte. Ltd. advises on and develops the physical infrastructure that Southeast Asia's networks run on: data centres and subsea cable routes between Singapore and Indonesia.

Data centres and subsea cable, backed by advisory.

A&A Prime Solutions Pte. Ltd. was formed in Singapore to work on the infrastructure projects that keep regional networks running: data centre development, subsea cable network development, and the advisory and consultancy work that sits ahead of both. That focus has stayed narrow by design — two related disciplines, not a general IT consultancy.

On the data centre side, we advise owners, tenants and investors on site selection, capacity and interconnection strategy, and regulatory pathways across Singapore and Indonesia. On subsea, we develop cable routes on the Singapore–Indonesia corridor, from desktop study through landing rights to lit capacity, working alongside terrestrial and data centre partners on the Indonesian side. Advisory and consultancy work runs through both: independent, operator-side judgment is what clients come to us for first.

  1. Founding

    A&A Prime Solutions Pte. Ltd. established in Singapore

    Founded to advise on critical digital infrastructure in Southeast Asia, with an initial focus on data centre consultancy and subsea cable network development on the Singapore–Indonesia corridor.

  2. Partnership

    Terrestrial fibre partnership with SIPFiber

    Agreement with PT Sarana Integrasi Prima (SIPFiber) to pair our subsea and advisory work with their terrestrial fibre network across Sumatra, Java and Bali.

  3. Partnership

    Connectivity & data centre partnership with Interlink Group

    Agreement with PT Interlink Technology (Interlink Group) to extend our data centre advisory into their Jakarta facilities and Indonesian connectivity network.

  4. 25 Aug 2026

    Interface & Coordination Partner — Submarine Cable System Stub

    Appointed interface and coordination partner for a submarine cable system stub collaboration with Telin Singapore Pte. Ltd. and LitUp Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. (LitUp Network), formalised at the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.

    Hamzah brings more than three decades of commercial and operations experience in global oil, gas and chemical trading and custody-transfer inspection, including a director role at Mentech Precision Engineering leading its shipyard and oil & gas engineering business, and a background in trade finance and collateral financing.

He holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science, Global Information and Telecommunication Studies from Waseda University.
