1. Data controller
A&A Prime Solutions Pte. Ltd., of 111 North Bridge Road, #21-01 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098, is the organisation responsible for personal data collected through this site. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at hello@aaprime.co or +65 8071 9170.
2. What we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
- Data you give us. When you email us or request a briefing: your name, organisation, role, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Data collected automatically. With your consent (see the Cookie Policy), analytics cookies record pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs, including IP address, for security and reliability.
- Data from business relationships. In advisory and subsea development engagements we process contact details of client, partner and regulator staff needed to deliver the work.
3. How we use it

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who host the website, provide email, analytics or cloud infrastructure, under contracts that require them to protect the data;
- project partners such as dFlo.ai Pte. Ltd., SIPFiber and Interlink Group, where necessary to deliver a joint engagement you are part of;
- regulators, courts or law enforcement where required by law.
5. International transfers
We are based in Singapore and work closely with partners in Indonesia. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore we ensure a comparable standard of protection, as required by the PDPA, through contractual safeguards.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Engagement records are kept for the duration of the contract and for seven years afterwards to meet Singapore accounting and legal requirements. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only. Server logs are deleted within 30 days.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege administration. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA and other applicable laws you may:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- withdraw consent, including for analytics or marketing cookies, at any time;
- where applicable, request erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore or your local authority.

9. Children
This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
